Most privacy policies describe one relationship: the site and its user. Triune has two, and they're different:
To deliver Google Review Automation and Missed-Call Recovery, we process, on our client's behalf:
We process this information only to deliver the service our client purchased. We do not use it to build profiles, for our own marketing, or for any unrelated purpose. Our client is responsible for having a lawful basis to have their own customers contacted this way — see our Terms, Section 2.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with any other third party for that third party's own marketing purposes.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors that support delivery of the messaging service itself is permitted, for that purpose only. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will never be shared with any third party outside what's needed to deliver the service.
Recipients can text STOP to stop receiving messages, or HELP for support, at any time.
We keep client account records and message activity for as long as the client's service is active, plus a reasonable period after for support, billing, and legal purposes. A client can request deletion of their account data at any time; we'll remove what we can while retaining what we're legally required to. A client's customers can request that their number and message history be removed by contacting us directly, or through the business they interacted with.
This marketing site does not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers. If that changes, we'll update this policy and add a proper consent mechanism first.
You can ask what data we have on you, request a copy, or request deletion at any time by emailing revops@concentricintelligence.com. California residents have rights under the CCPA to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information — we don't sell personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of on that front.
Our services are directed at businesses, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
We may update this policy as the business or its tools change. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
